[Solira] ancora la gpl 3

Salve gente, leggevo il testo della gpl 3 e non ho capito bene il
seguente passaggio:

> 3. Protecting Users' Legal Rights From Anti-Circumvention Law.

> 11 of the WIPO copyright treaty adopted on 20 December 1996, or similar

Qualcuno sa darmi delucidazioni?

Ma soprattutto: mi sembrava di aver capito che la gpl 3 facesse
riferimento anche ad "hardware libero", o si pronunciasse sul famigerato
drm, invece non trovo accenni a questi argomenti, come e` logico. Avevo
capito male?
