La GPLv3, come tutte le precedenti, si occupa di *software* e non di 
hardware. Per questo motivo non fa nessun riferimento all'hw libero. 

Il riferimento al DRM, invece, c'e', e riguarda la cosiddetta
"clausola anti-TiVoisation". In sostanza non e' possibile, con meccanismi 
HW/SW, impedire all'utente di eseguire le proprie versioni modificate di 
un software.
